Interior redesign is an economical answer to your design dilemmas. No matter what your style, from charming and cozy to ultra-sophisticated, a redesign can help you achieve your design goals without blowing your budget. The goal of redesign is to help you achieve a pulled-together look that is warm, inviting and practical while reflecting your own personality and lifestyle -- because we use the things you already own to create a designer look.

Redesign: How it works
The first step is the in-home consultation (typically 1 hour) to determine the goals you have for your home, what currently works and doesn’t work for you, and to learn how your family lives in the home and uses each room. The consultation fee is $75 per hour and the first hour's fee is credited back to the cost of the redesign. Unless we are selecting paint colors, this initial consultation rarely runs over 1 hour.

On the morning of the scheduled redesign, the family goes off to work or play, while we clear the designated room or rooms of furnishings. We assess the architectural elements and traffic patterns, determine the focal point and creatively place your furnishings in a way that best highlights the assets of the space. With your permission we will also "shop" other rooms of your home for hidden treasures that may enhance the look and function of the room. When you return home you will be delighted with the transformation! Each room usually takes 3-4 hours and the cost is based on the scale of the project. An "average" living room or family room is $400 with reduced pricing for additional rooms redesigned on the same day.

Staging: Enhancing your home for a quick sale
First impressions are important, especially when presenting your home to potential buyers. In the process referred to as "staging," proper furniture placement, well-chosen lighting and accessories and elimination of clutter will make your home appear spacious, comfortable, and inviting.

At the consultation, we will walk through your entire home and provide a list of recommendations to help you prepare your home for show. This process typically takes 60-90 minutes.

The goal is to make your home more marketable by creating a universally appealing design that can help potential buyers visualize themselves living in it. Let us transform your house into one that shows like a model home!
The cost is based on the scale of the project, with value pricing for additional rooms redesigned on the same day.

Shopping Services & Color Consultations
Fees for these services are on an hourly basis and vary depending on the scope of the job. Call for more information.
